To Regina's enquiry, a proposal is NOT a report. A report is something like ... Ok for example, there was a shootout in woodlands street 13. Two cops were dispatched to the scene. They handled it well. After that, they went to hq. They were then ordered to give a report of the incident.

They'd have to type out as exact as possible to what happened in the incident, how many bullets were fired, how many people were there, were there any eye-witnesses and all the stuff like that.

A proposal is much like proposing. You give the question, and the person being questioned gives the answer. But along with the question, you can include the related topics to the question or relevant ideas so that the person being questioned can give you the answer in a much easier fashion.

According to my brothers University book ( This is one is for the format of the proposal ... i'm not sure myself anyway ) , the address and all the other crap was supposed to be there. But then, that's for a formal 'LETTER' proposal. Letter meaning in paper form and not in e-mail form.

The book didn't state what the e-mail format was like so I followed the letter format :D

We should make a competition. I have an idea really. If you guys can like write for me a 3 page-introduction chapter about a book I'm writing and I deem it quite nice, you'll get up to 5 dollars for free. It'll most probably be judged me and my sis ..

PS: I'm not saying that I'm so good in English that I can even host my own comp, but it's just that everyone I've asked for help with the book has turned down the offer.
So I'm using the competition as a foot hole in the introduction chapter of the book.
