Leon,
let me ask you a qns.
Why would it be the end of the world if people believed in this phrase?
The phrase" live life like there's no tml" certainly didn't mean that a person
would vanish into thin air the next day.
None of us debating said that it meant that way.
It is just a phrase to encourage us to not live with many regrets
and to take each day seriousely,
to cherish it.
Like i said, there is no turning back in time.
Secondly,
you are going way out of point.
The objective of the debate is about whether you agree
or do not agree with the phrase, "live life like there's no tml."
its not about finacial crisis' and cures for aids in a decade or century.
We don't even live that long to wait for that.
I bring up the latter as an example to why should we live everyday to the fullest.
As we do not know what may happen the next day.
Of course, even if we have STDs, we should continue living.
however, while you're healthy there's alot more things you can do,
that you can't when you're ill.
Next, we are not interested in whether you despise people who give up easily
and that you would take a gun to shoot them.
or when there's no hope, one should have the perserverance to complete
what they wanted to do.
Come on, these crap you type is taking up the space in the blogg.
Followed by the last paragraph you highlighted in red.
Its also out of point. I don't think i need to explain why its out of point
cause its very obvious.
So overall leon,
you're not stating the reasons to why you disagree with the phrase!
All was displayed was a childish and ignorant act to get even with shakir.
(personal stuff)
As a debater, you should be professional and debate with reasons and facts.
Not blind accusations.
I may have said that unforseen dangers made me wanna stand on shakir's side.
but when i debate, its what i think.
Not what ppl think.
What i can say is, shakir is neutral.
Shakir,
i agree that what's life without regrets.
but its better to live with minimal regrest right?
we can't live with totally no regrets. But at least take the effort to lessen it.
When its avoidable, avoid it.
AND!
Living your day to the fullest does not mean we have to start turning great ppl.
That is not my point.
its simply moving out of your comfort zone and challenge
yourself to something new & different.
(not something bad..)
REGEE=)
